It was a storybook tale waiting to happen
I approached the door with her on the other side
As I passed a glance into her eyes would forever reinvent my life

For I never knew beauty could stare at me like I saw this.
Just one look and it was one hundred years of questions answered.

Slow motion was my reality, as I passed by her
Gathering every inch of her living portorate. Like I had stared at a painting and studied its every inch.
I remembered every part with just one glance.

My head still twisted in a passing stare as I moved toward my destination.

Only seconds, they seemed, like a convict waiting for a pardon. This normal pass by took a thousand years in my mind but only lasted nothing in reality

Three steps through the door, just one glance, then looked foward.
through that stare I gave my heart to her
I had no chance, because of that glance. Not where to run no where to hide, her face saw my face and we knew what the other was feeling inside

Nothing denied,other love tried
We now live as one, with no circumstance.
It was the right time, it was the right place, it happened because it was fate, just that first glance.
